David has extensive experience in sales, hospitality, customer service and entertainment. Having held senior management positions in various large hospitality organisations he has led teams and been responsible for creating, setting, and delivering on sales strategies. His skill set includes account management, business development and solution selling.
As well as having a strong background in hospitality sales David received the best possible customer service and presenting training when working for Disney Cruise Line and brings this experience to his courses.
He also spent two years teaching English in Italy where, on behalf of the local Town Hall, he wrote and delivered a “Tourism English Course” for local business owners.
David now has responsibility for heading up the Impellus delivery team ensuring that high quality events are delivered to all clients. He is a passionate trainer whose key areas of knowledge are leadership, management, communication, sales and presenting.
