Bradley Dawson

Sales Executive

Bradley has been with Impellus since January 2022. As a Sales Executive, he is responsible for handling incoming enquiries from our email marketing. From understanding the training needs of small business owners looking to develop their team, to speaking with larger organisations set on improving their strategy or efficiency, Bradley treats every client with the same importance.

Bradley handles any questions potential clients have regarding our training programmes and takes pride in delivering the information on our programmes with a first-class and professional attitude.

After leaving college with his A levels, Bradley went straight into work, found his home within sales, and has been doing so for the past 5 years. Ahead of joining Impellus, Bradley spent 5 years in Estate Agency, honing his skills and readying himself for his next professional journey.

Selling and customer satisfaction are two things he prides himself on. Being able to deliver on what is promised is the key to success and at Impellus it is no different.

Customer testimonial

Great to see a basis in research/theory, and then a very clear way of applying that to everyday work situations. The mix of presentation, interaction, small groups, and individual tasks was helpful to process information in different ways.

B.B , Edward Elgar Publishing Ltd

I was slightly skeptical about the online learning side of things, but it worked well, especially with the breakout rooms. Having a wide range of different courses to suit individual needs is also a great idea.

Chris Dickinson , Whitby Seafoods Limited

I felt that Alison was really engaging, at no point did she lose my interest. Alison clearly knows what she is talking about and her confidence in the knowledge made me want to learn.

N.M , Select Contracts / Select Car Leasing

I found the structure of the course very good and enjoyable. I thought the interaction was brilliant between everyone.

A.S , Scarab Sweepers Ltd

The structure of the course was really good and the trainers knowledge was excellent. I enjoyed the day doing different workbook activities - particularly learning about my thinking style and how important it is to not only consider the styles of other colleagues but to also practice them all myself.
