From time to time Impellus is able to provide employers with funding for leadership and management, and sales and customer service development training
We're currently delivering three grant-based initiatives which provide specific development to certain organisational sizes across the UK as well as a matched funding initiative for employers who want to develop key people using their own choices.
All will finish over a period around the end of the financial year.
We're also handling enquiries now about upcoming changes to the apprenticeship programme due at a similar time. We will be posting further information on this when we have it.

£2,000 Grant Per Individual for Structured Training
Grant funding for management and leadership training
If you're a UK employer with up to 30 employees, you can draw down £2,000 funding per individual (max five) towards development programmes designed to change the performance and results of key individuals in your organisation.
Open to employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Final date for application is Thursday, 3 April 2025 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
£2,500 grants to support leadership development
Grant funding for leadership development
If you're a UK employer with 100+ employees, you can access up to five grants of £2,500 towards the Level 5 Certificate of Learning which helps managers to develop into organisationally-focused leaders.
Open to employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Training can be taken using open or in-house training courses.
Final date for application is Wednesday, 30 April 2025 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
£1,500 Grant Per Individual To Deliver Immediate Sales Improvements
Grant funding to deliver improvements in sales and profitability
All UK employers can draw down £1,500 funding towards an accredited programme of training designed to deliver real and immediate improvements to sales revenues, profitability and customer experience.
Final date for application is Friday, 2 May 2025 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
Matched Funding Initiative
Matched funding (50%) for UK employers with 50+ employees who are looking to deliver the management and leadership, and commercial development training that best suits their specific requirements.
A matched funding initiative for delivering flexible open training courses and development programmes that best suit your organisational needs as chosen by you.
Open to all UK employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors with 50 or more employees.
Minimum drawdown, £1,000. Maximum drawdown, £20,000.
Final date for application is Tuesday, 22 April 2025 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
