Donna joined the company in December 2019 after a number of years building her experience in customer service and administrative roles in both the travel and automotive industries.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that all our courses run as smoothly as possible, she enjoys working behind the scenes managing all elements of our course and office administration.
From the initial online course set-up through to the provision of learning materials for our delegates, Donna takes great pride in making sure that everyone has access to everything they need – at the right time.

The course was very interactive, which keeps you engaged and helps you to make the most of the things taught, rather than just passively absorbing them. David Ross was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very well presented- Mel really knew her stuff! It also helps that Mel is charismatic so the day flew by. Most enjoyable was that I could actually take away something of value- the adult ego state or as I like to call it- "Adulting". This will definitely be a conscious choice to make this a starting point for my work communications moving forwards so that it eventually becomes the norm for me.
The flow of the day was really good. Good pace, did not feel rushed or too slow. The trainer Mike gave great personal examples as well as getting us to provide our own.
The presentation of the course was great and the balance between presentation, getting participation from the group, thinking on our own, and putting us in breakout rooms was good.
I most enjoyed the fun, relaxed atmosphere. This really helped me feel comfortable enough to get involved and really retain the information!
