Donna joined the company in December 2019 after a number of years building her experience in customer service and administrative roles in both the travel and automotive industries.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that all our courses run as smoothly as possible, she enjoys working behind the scenes managing all elements of our course and office administration.
From the initial online course set-up through to the provision of learning materials for our delegates, Donna takes great pride in making sure that everyone has access to everything they need – at the right time.

The whole day was very well structured and interesting. It helped me see where I have been going wrong, how and why I need to work on this, so that I can improve my work-life balance. The best tip for me was, don't try to plan more than 4 hours of my working day.
The most useful part of the course for me was to highlight the difference between leadership and management, and to highlight what leaders do, and how to lead effectively.
The structure of the course was really good and the trainers knowledge was excellent. I enjoyed the day doing different workbook activities - particularly learning about my thinking style and how important it is to not only consider the styles of other colleagues but to also practice them all myself.
The day was well structured and enjoyable. The course was paced well and did not feel rushed, or tiresome. I valued the breakout rooms as it gave an opportunity to share and discuss ideas.
