Grants to deliver improved operational performance
All professional practices (as defined below) employing staff in the UK can draw down £2,000 funding per individual (max 10) towards accredited management and leadership, or sales and customer service development programmes. All are designed to change the performance and results of the individuals, their teams and your organisation.
This initiative runs from Monday, 19 August 2024 until Thursday, 13 February 2025 (unless the total fund is allocated in advance).
Key points:
- All defined professional organisations employing staff in the UK are eligible.
- Up to 10 individuals per employer can benefit from a grant (£20,000 max funding).
- Each individual can choose a Level 3 or Level 5 programme to suit them (see below).
- The balancing contribution from the employer must be paid on booking.
- Funding is aggregated by Impellus.
- Courses are delivered in small groups online.
- Impellus booking terms apply.
For the purposes of this initiative a professional organisation is one of the following (please call for full details):
- An accountancy or auditing practice
- A solicitors' practice
- An architects' practice
- A dental practice
- A veterinary practice
- A doctors' practice (inc private)
- A surveyors' practice
- A business in specialist engineering works or consultancy
How to apply and start training
- Choose whether to take one or both of the available courses.
- Call 0800 619 1230 to arrange funding. We’ll need some basic organisational information to complete this.
- Choose the dates you’d like us to come to your premises or decide to do this at a later stage.

The Certificate of Learning is made up of four modules – all of which are lively, challenging one-day courses with limited numbers of delegates.
Process, Questions, Objections and Value is the core module with all delegates being able to choose the optional courses that give them the best returns in their roles.
