£2,000 grants for the development of managers and leaders.

A significant funding initiative to support employers in developing world-class managers and leaders.

From line managers running teams right the way through to the executives who build and lead the organisations that create opportunity, growth and sustainability.

A £2,000 grant is available for all managers and leaders and provides a significant contribution towards a programme of learning that’s matched exactly to their individual requirements.

You can elect the delegates you wish to train and match them to the programmes you choose, provided that:

* Your organisation is based in the eligible region.

* Your organisation has between 15 and 1,000 employees in the UK.

No more than twenty grants are available to any one organisation.
(Max £40k funding).

The programmes

There are three programmes available, all of which are formal and individually certificated CPD programmes so there’s no assessment or homework element. They’re focused on bringing skills straight back into the workplace.

You can choose any mix of programmes. You can also choose programmes for unallocated delegates which is ideal if you’re promoting or recruiting for new managers in the near future.

The courses that make up each programme

Each programme is made up of a number of courses which are delivered live online in small, engaging groups. With each course;

  • Delegates can choose the dates that work for them and their circumstances. There is no cohort to join.
  • Physical book packs are sent to each delegate’s nominated address about a week prior to the course.
  • Each course is led by an accredited trainer who will seek to be challenged. It will include, formal learning presentation, debate, break out groups, self / team / situational / organisational analysis as appropriate by course content.
  • Learning is focused on real workplace performance improvement.

Courses can be delivered using our open courses (most popular and flexible) or using in-house delivery at your chosen venue (great for challenging a board when deciding on a new strategic direction).
