We’re currently able to deliver management development training which is either partially or fully funded via the following means.

Construction Industry Training Board
Part and fully funded management and leadership development programmes
As of April 2026 Impellus will be able to offer funded management and leadership development programmes as an Endorsed CITB training provider.
The Regional Development Initiative
Up to £20,000 funding per employer for management and leadership development.
A funded initiative to develop managers and leaders – from line managers running teams right the way through to the executives who build and lead the organisations that create opportunity and growth.
Available to organisations within the designated regions with 15 to 1,000 employees. Employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors are eligible.
Deadline for applications is Thursday, 20 August 2026.
The Funded Development Access Pass
Access to funding for management and leadership training for a fixed term.
A continuation initiative for employers who have already committed to the development of their managers, leaders and future organisational performance.
The initiative provides access to grants for development programmes and in-house training, and matched funding support for individual courses or larger, tailored programmes.
