How can we help you?
- Solve challenges holding your organisation back.
- Strengthen strategy, culture, and leadership.
- Unlock growth and long-term success.
£2,000 grants for the development of managers and leaders in designated regions of the UK.
A funded initiative to support employers in developing world class managers and leaders. From line managers running teams right the way through to the executives who build and lead the organisations that create opportunity, growth and sustainability.
A £2,000 grant is available for all managers and leaders and provides a significant contribution towards a programme of learning that’s matched exactly to their individual requirements.

You can elect the delegates you wish to train and match them to the programmes you choose. However:
The organisation must have between 10 and 1,000 employees in the UK.
The organisation must be based in one the regions below.
No more than twenty grants are available to any one organisation.
(Max £40k funding).
The programmes
There are three programmes that are available, all of which are formal CPD programmes so there’s no assessment or homework element. They’re focused on bringing skills straight back into the workplace.
You can choose any mix of programmes. You can also choose programmes for unallocated delegates which is ideal if you’re recruiting for new managers.

Courses are accredited by the ILM - Institute of Leadership and Management - and delivered by trainers accredited by the Institute of Leadership.
To get advice on choosing the right programmes please call us on 0800 619 1230.
