Below is a summary of what to expect on the day.

Timings

We will email your joining instructions one week ahead of the course and a reminder the day before.

Your trainer will be online from 9.00am on the day of the course to welcome you and check your camera and audio equipment are working.

The course starts promptly at 9.30am.

There will be breaks at the following times:

11.15am - 11.30am
1.00pm - 2.00pm
3.15pm - 3.30pm

Your course is interactive and so it is essential to have your camera and audio on throughout the day apart from during breaks.

What you need

You will need a device with a front-facing camera, microphone, speakers and a stable internet connection.

You should receive in the post a pack containing your course materials before the course starts. Let us know if you haven’t received it and we will email you the PDF version.

Clear your diary

Your full attention is required on course day, so please ensure that your diary is clear and you will not be disturbed.

What to expect

Our courses take place in a friendly and interactive atmosphere. We want you to actively participate, challenge the materials and share your own experiences.

By fully taking part you will maximise your enjoyment of the course and discover new ways to boost your performance in the workplace.
