Our ILM Certificate in Leadership and Management courses are flexible, supportive and results driven. They can lead to ILM qualifications in Leadership and Management at either Level 3  or  Level 5.

ILM Level 3 Award

The ILM Level 3 Award is a challenging qualification for those in line management and leadership.

ILM Level 5 Award

The ILM Level 5 Award is an intensive qualification for those in organisational management and leadership.

ILM qualifications in Leadership and Management provide a great combination of vocational and academic learning

At each level, managers who choose an Impellus ILM Award will have:

  • Two courses addressing the core challenges of management and leadership at each level.
  • Twelve months of intensive learning, implementation and assignments.
  • Access to support from a personal ILM Assessor
  • Online assessment submission.
  • Up to one free re-mark.
