Thanks for running such great courses. I think my favourite course has to be the Effective Communication Skills course. This opened my eyes about different personality types. It also created good talking points to discuss with my colleagues, we tested the different D.I.S.C communication styles. It was a great fun & interactive course that enabled me to share & discuss the content learnt with others.
I really enjoyed meeting and collaborating with the other training participants. Although we came from different organisations, role, departments and industries, there were many shared learnings and challenges. It was extremely beneficial to see how different industries tackle certain challenges to drive their organisations forward. It was also great that in a remote online environment that this cross sharing of information was not halted.
What I enjoyed most about the Impellus courses was the interactive element... It was fascinating to hear the opinions and expertise of a wide range of professionals as well as the course instructors to understand how these processes can be implemented.
I definitely enjoyed the Leadership Skills Development training course the most. I found the questionnaire really interesting and really enjoyed choosing the words on page 11 of the workbook for my leadership style. The course highlighted to me how I work and manage people and gave me lots to think about. I am a very visual person so I also really liked the Clarity drawing on page 22.
