What I most enjoyed about this course was how flexible it was and that you could do it at your own pace. The courses were very informative and got you thinking in a totally different way.

I found learning about the methodologies really helpful! It was great to be in a course managed by David again - he's engaging, knowledgeable, and gets just the right amount of depth. As a kinaesthetic learner, I loved that all the methodology was applied to a real-life example from our own jobs.

The structure of the course was really good and the trainers knowledge was excellent. We particularly enjoyed learning how to choose the appropriate leadership style according to the situation. We were also able to apply what we had learnt from the courses immediately to our day-to-day work, for example in the Presentation Skills & Techniques course we learnt how to create and present memorable content to engage an audience who have mixed learning styles.

I liked how the day was broken down in steps, kept me engaged, breaks were appropriate in timing and length. I most enjoyed breaking down processes for analysing problems and their causes (the performance issues diagnosis map) and exploring the more psychological elements of behaviour.
