What's involved?
With three courses delivered over two consecutive days each, the programme is delivered in a way that allows busy leaders to balance the immersion in learning with the pace with which they want to complete the programme around their schedule. Courses can be delivered using our open courses (most popular and flexible) or using in-house delivery at your chosen venue (great for challenging a board when deciding on a new strategic direction).
