Now with a more precise selection of courses and a structure which allows you to put your training into use more quickly, the improved Impellus Certificate of Learning programme gives you even more power to tailor your training to your exact development needs.
So, what has changed?
The Level 3 Impellus Certificate of Learning in Leadership & Management
We have revised the course choices with a more focussed selection of Leadership Development courses.
You’ll also have the opportunity to put your training into action more quickly, qualifying for the Certificate of Learning in Leadership & Management after four courses instead of five, reducing cost and bringing it into line with the Certificate of Learning in the Professional Sales Environment.
The Level 3 Impellus Certificate of Learning in the Professional Sales Environment
This new programme is entirely focussed on supporting those involved in the customer-process for their organisations – whether Sales Executives, Customer Service professionals or Account Managers. It studies the skills and techniques that deliver better results for you and your clients – improving your ability to win and retain business, while delivering to your customers.
What happens if you’re already enrolled?
Enrolled on the previous Certificate of Learning in the Commercial Environment?
You will automatically be upgraded to the Impellus Certificate of Learning in the Professional Sales Environment.
If you have already chosen and booked each of the courses for your programme, you’re all set. Once you’ve attended your fourth course, we’ll contact you to arrange your certificate.
Enrolled on the previous Certificate of Learning in Leadership and Management?
You’ll be able to continue exactly as before and complete your certification for each manager after four courses.
If you’ve already brought five days on account for each manager you can choose to either:
Allow the delegate managers to take a fifth one-day course of their choice on top of their certificated courses.
Use all unallocated days to provide Certificates of Learning or ILM Awards for other members of your team.
