The Level 5 ILM Award is a challenging qualification designed for all managers and leaders who are currently in, or working towards, a senior or organisational management or leadership role. Delegates are typically from middle and senior management.

What is an ILM Award?

The ILM Award stands for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). As your training provider, Impellus offers a wide range of ILM qualifications and courses at different levels. ILM Level 3 courses

Key points

Courses Two two-day courses. Delivered in open courses online or in-house to suit you.
Qualification process Online submission. Approximately 12 questions. 16,000 to 20,000 words. One free remark included if initially referred. 
Support Business hours, personalised feedback with academic and practical assistance.
Approximate time to complete Approximately 50 to 60 hours of directed question answering and research. Twelve months to complete – including marking time.

 

Entry requirements 

Delegates are self-elected although as this is a Level 5 qualification (first-year undergraduate standard) with a written submission which draws on experiences, we would advise that all delegates are managers with at least two years’ experience at a junior level at least. They must have access to a computer and be comfortable with academic process. They should be comfortable with the time required to achieve their qualification which can be quite intense for busy people.
