From the beginning of April, we’re launching our new ILM Awards. 

Based on customer preferences and successes as well as our 12 years of experience as an ILM Centre, the changes mean that Impellus ILM Awards remain the default choice for organisations who want to see clear returns on their training spend. 

From April 2025

Impellus will offer two ILM Awards in leadership and Management. The Level 3 Award – for team leaders and line managers – and the Level 5 Award for senior managers. 

The changes will deliver: 

  • More focus on core competencies at each level
  • Personal support to enable better question answering
  • Greater focus on bringing skills back into the workplace
  • Improved online tools for submission
  • Up to 12 months to complete 
  • One free re-mark 

The changes will make the learner experience more enjoyable and ensure that rather than just producing an academic result, the Impellus ILM Award builds on its reputation as the leader in delivering real and immediate workplace impact for learners and their organisations. 

What to do next

If you have an account with us, you will be able to book the new ILM Awards from Tuesday, 1 April.  

Please note that all previously available Awards will be discontinued from this date too meaning that some course options and longer-term options will no longer be available.
