Read moreYasmin joined Impellus in July 2021 as an administrative assistant. She deals with a range of day-to-day administration duties including distribution of course materials and certificates, making course bookings and general office administration. She works closely with our Trainers and our Customer Relations team to ensure the smooth running of all Impellus courses.
Previously, Yasmin worked in the private healthcare sector, delivering administrative support and assistance to all patients ensuring a smooth and comfortable patient journey from beginning to end. Her previous experience allowed for an easy and efficient transition into the Impellus team.
Yasmin believes that organisation is key and is at her happiest when the end-to-end process runs correctly and efficiently without interruption or delay.

I was slightly skeptical about the online learning side of things, but it worked well, especially with the breakout rooms. Having a wide range of different courses to suit individual needs is also a great idea.
