We’re currently able to deliver management development training which is either partially or fully funded via the following means.

Construction Industry Training Board
Part and fully funded management and leadership development programmes
As of April 2026 Impellus will be able to offer funded management and leadership development programmes as an Endorsed CITB training provider.
The Regional Development Initiative
Up to £40,000 funding per employer for management and leadership development.
A funded initiative to develop managers and leaders – from line managers running teams right the way through to the executives who build and lead the organisations that create opportunity and growth.
Available to organisations with 10 to 1,000 employees in the designated regions of the UK. Employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors are eligible.
Deadline for applications vary by region.
The Funded Development Access Pass
Access to funding for management and leadership training for a fixed term.
A continuation initiative for employers who have already committed to the development of their managers, leaders and future organisational performance.
The initiative provides access to grants for specific designated development programmes and in-house training, and matched funding support for the development courses and programmes of your own choice.
Deadline for applications is Friday, 22 May 2026.
