Impellus is celebrating 15 years of training the nation.

The Company was set up in 2009 by Managing Director Jon Dean whose inspiration was to deliver courses that keep delegates’ interest, challenge their thinking and deliver real results. We have now provided leadership and management training to over 9,500 organisations in various sectors throughout the UK, from healthcare and industry to local authorities and non-profits. Many continue to work with Impellus today.
