Over the spring we overhauled our ILM Awards and Certificates of Learning to provide better services and return on investment to our customers. These changes were based on feedback from hundreds of HR and training professionals at customer organisations as well as thousands of delegates who go through our programmes.
This is an update on the phasing out of products that were provided and enrolled upon up until that time.
ILM Awards
Our new ILM Awards became available at the beginning of February and the old product became unavailable at the end of May as per all previous communications.
The new Awards are designed to improve learner motivation and improve pass rates.
Delegates currently on the previous version are not affected, will continue to be supported and will complete with the same qualification.
Certificates of Learning
Our new Certificates of Learning have been available to book since May and we’ll accept final registrations on the old Certificates on Friday, 5 September. They will not be available thereafter.
The new Certificates are designed to give organisations much more flexibility in supporting leadership development in their organisations.
Delegates on current Certificates are not affected.
