A 50% funding programme for UK organisations.

Employers with over 30 employees in the UK can draw down matched funding between the value of £2,000 and £20,000 (exc VAT).

Final date for application is Friday, 30 January 2026 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.

Key points:

  • All employers with over 30 employees in the UK, whether private, public or charitable staff are eligible.
  • Individual course places can be booked or credits added to account.
  • Credits can be used flexibly to deliver the courses or programmes of your choice.
  • England region only:
      • In-house courses.
      • Implementation support and consultancy.
  • The balancing contribution from the employer must be paid on booking.
  • Funding is aggregated by Impellus.
  • Minimum drawdown, £2,000. Maximum total of drawdowns, £20,000.
  • Maximum of two drawdowns.
  • When purchasing credits you can take advantage of discounted packages as well as funding.
  • Open courses are delivered in small groups online.

What can the funding be used for?

The initiative is designed to help employers deliver exactly what they require in the most flexible manner possible. You can fund packages of credits which can be used towards formal training programmes or individual courses. These could be (all links open in a new tab):

Can I take advantage of funding and discounts together?

Yes.

Packages of credits can be bought to achieve best pricing on training and these can be funded too.

Credits on account can be used at any time and don’t expire (unless you do absolutely nothing with your account for twelve months) so provide a highly flexible way to deliver learning.

2. Call 0800 619 1230 to arrange funding. We’ll need some basic organisational information to complete this.

3. Your account is set up with your credits and/or your bookings are made.
