From time to time Impellus is able to provide employers with funding for leadership and management development.

The East of England Development Initiative
Up to £20,000 funding per employer for management and leadership development.
A funded initiative to develop managers and leaders in the South East of England – from line managers running teams right the way through to the executives who build and lead the organisations that create opportunity in challenging times.
Available only to organisations with up to 50 employees based in the counties of the East of England region. Employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors are eligible.
The deadline for applications is 5.00pm Thursday, 12 March 2026 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
The Reginal Development Initiative
Up to £20,000 funding per employer for management and leadership development.
A funded initiative to develop managers and leaders – from line managers running teams right the way through to the executives who build and lead the organisations that create opportunity and growth.
Available only to organisations with up to 50 employees in the designated regions of the UK. Employers from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors are eligible.
The deadline for applications is 5.00pm Thursday, 26 March 2026 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
