Employers are increasingly using CPD frameworks to develop their managers and leaders.

The trainer was great. Content was fantastic. Once again, very insightful as to what I am doing wrong, and giving me the tools to improve.
It opened my eye in the way I communicate to others and that I should think about what and how I say things, which I found extremely helpful.
The course was well structured. The booklet meant rest for the eyes from the screen for a short time. It was interactive and enjoyable. I learnt a lot.
I liked the interactive style of the course, the break out rooms and smaller group discussions were invaluable in exploring our own styles and areas for improvement.
As always with Impellus, the trainer clearly has knowledge and experience of the area they are teaching, with real life examples to help understand ideas and terms. I probably enjoyed the Thinking Styles the most as it really makes you look inward and understand yourself a bit more.
I am taking away a lot from today's session. David had a great way of making you think about things in a different light.
Very engaging tutor with real life examples that brought to mind real life application. I most enjoyed the leadership style questionnaire as it revealed what areas of the 4 gears I can work on.
There was a good flow to the day and David (Ross) was good at encouraging conversations, which is difficult in an online environment. I found the leadership style questionnaire useful - it confirmed my thinking on where I need to focus my efforts and gave me a framework to do that.
The breakout sessions were really great! It was good to be able to speak with so many different perspectives and share experiences and wisdom. The content was very well delivered and thought-provoking, and the timing of breaks, breakout rooms, and lectured content was well balanced.
The structure was good in the way that the content is broken into small, easy to digest segments. There is enough time to think each topic through without having to jump straight into the next section. The chance to reflect on my own leadership style was eye-opening. Even though some of this should have been obvious to me, it was easier to recognise in this format.
