I thought it was a really good balance of learning, information shared whilst being able to practise what we we being taught. Ken was very approachable and a great teacher. It was not as daunting as I thought it was going to be. The workbook will be a very useful resource.

I learnt so much from the day courses I attended with Impellus. I thoroughly enjoyed the four courses with Impellus. I found doing the ‘Process, questions, objections and value’ course first really beneficial as it set a good foundation to build on. It’s a great course for looking at your job role and what you, as an individual, add to your organisation. It could be used as a motivational tool for anyone feeling a little discouraged. Effective Communication is a great skills course for any level of staff. It has a good enough mix of exercises and theories to keep you interested and even the most experienced in the group agreed they had learned something.
Really enjoyed actively learning alongside likeminded people, working in similar roles and being able to put what you learn into practice straight away!
Your courses were great, they were well constructed, had a good balance of listening and doing, and individual work versus group work.
I took something from each course and I enjoyed the tips and tricks we learnt in how to speak to people. Coaching and communication taught me how to speak to others to get the best out of them. The breakout rooms were really useful as the people involved had real life examples. I also enjoyed sitting back and thinking about my teams motivators, do they want routine and to work on the same machine each day or do they want money, a challenge? Tapping in to these and using these motivators to get the best out of people is something I’ll take with me into my role.
