The trainer Mel is super friendly and approachable and made the whole day light-hearted and not too packed full of information. I enjoyed that I had the ability to actually think about ways to improve alongside learning. It wasn't too fast-paced, but also not too slow.
I really enjoyed this course and learn some new skills and techniques to be able to take back to my organisation. The structure of the day was great and the day was engaging, and the interactive activities work well for this topic.
It was all delivered at a nice pace with a good mix of discussion, smaller breakout groups, slides and trainer delivery. The breakout groups consisted of different people each time, which was good to network and explore a range of views and opinions
