I have attended three one-day courses with Impellus which will allow me to work towards an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management. I have found all of the training days to be informative and accessible with course facilitators who have come across as confident and comfortable in their delivery. The course content was pitched well and I found them worthwhile. Working in the 'not for profit' and voluntary sectors means that I often attend training that is sector specific and I was keen to step out of my comfort zone and network with professionals outside of my field. I will consider Impellus when developing future training programmes for team leaders.
