Amy has over ten years’ experience in leadership and management roles including as general manager of teams of up to 45 staff and managing teams of field-based trainers. She gained most of her management experience in the hospitality sector before finding her passion for training and becoming a learning and development professional in 2013.
Amy continues to expand her knowledge and experience and has gained many qualifications including a Level 5 Award in Learning and Development through the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) in 2021. She became a certified DISC practitioner in 2022 before qualifying as a coach through the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
Before joining Impellus, she worked as a learning and development practitioner with principal stakeholders within the business to identify key performance indicators, build learning solutions to close skills gaps and ensure that all learning made a real and tangible difference to the way people operated in their roles.
