Impellus opening hours – Christmas 2018

Please note that the Impellus offices close at 16:00 on Friday 21st December and reopen at 08:30 on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. All staff members are officially on holiday over this period.

In the mean time

  • If you are submitting details for an ILM Award or want to check your account details you can continue to use the Impellus Business Centre at any time
  • If you are completing details for your ILM Diploma or apprenticeship, you can still log in to your Solar account
  • If you would like to make a booking please either:
    • Email your Account Manager with the details of your booking although we cannot guarantee immediate response
    • Submit your booking here although again please do not expect an immediate response
  • For all other queries you can try your contact’s DDI or email although again we cannot guarantee an immediate response
