The trainers were very relatable in the examples they gave. The courses have got me thinking a lot and excited to implement new processes and procedures to make my day easier.
David was a great trainer. The course was really useful and I enjoyed the interactive sessions and use of breakout rooms. It was also nice how there was a little time spent at the beginning to hear who everyone was and their background.
