The trainer was very clear and concise, offered great explanations of the tasks and gave really nice feedback to attendees comments. He encouraged all attendees to participate and putting us into break out rooms allowed us to mix with others and share ideas.
I found it really interactive. It was my first virtual training course, and I think the mixture of presentation/workbook/break-out rooms worked really well, and kept me engaged through-out. I think the workbook will be especially helpful going forward.

Having the opportunity to engage in a coaching scenario helped to see how it feels to be both a coach and coachee. This gave a better idea of real world scenarios and some good practice.
The content was very digestible, including the way it was delivered. The presentation was kept punchy and therefore kept me engaged. It was a good mixture of individual & group tasks, it allowed us to share answers but also have a bit of solo reflection time.

Honestly, I found every aspect of this course enjoyable. I am fascinated in the subject matter (Effective Communication Skills) and how I can better my approach to communicating with a wide variety of colleagues that range in different personality/communication styles.
The day was well structured, there were multiple breaks which is essential in my opinion. The questionnaires were very useful and i will be using them on my team members. The trainer was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
