I was over the moon to hear that I had passed my ILM Level 5. I must admit I found the assignments challenging at times but this qualification enables me to continue my development as a professional manager in the housing sector and for that I am extremely proud. Thank you for my framed Certificate of Learning. I have to say that the remote sessions were highly informational/educational and engaging!
