It was a really enjoyable and inspiring two-day course. I found the emotional intelligence, gears and CEDAR activity the most useful.
The course was interesting and featured clear examples and good discussions. I found the sessions where we considered how we have acted in the past and how we might have approached it differently most useful.
The content covered a lot of areas that made me think about the way I work. It was helpful seeing/hearing how others would react to certain situations.
Engaging content, approachable trainer. It felt like an open, friendly environment. The activities were applicable to my challenges in the workplace.
Interesting and interactive – I learnt lots of new tips. The trainer was fun and engaging.

I found it most useful learning how to deal with different types of personalities. The trainer was very good at managing people's expectations and needs.
The trainer made the content very interactive and personal to all individuals. I found the conflict mode questionnaire most useful. The course allowed delegates to identify where they can improve.
