Customer testimonial

The course was well structured. The booklet meant rest for the eyes from the screen for a short time. It was interactive and enjoyable. I learnt a lot.

R.W , Cumfybus Ltd

The content of the course was very helpful and I will definitely be doing some of the exercises with my team at the next opportunity. I enjoyed interacting with the group and sharing experiences and knowledge.

A.B , Hair Tools Ltd

There was a good flow to the day and David (Ross) was good at encouraging conversations, which is difficult in an online environment. I found the leadership style questionnaire useful - it confirmed my thinking on where I need to focus my efforts and gave me a framework to do that.

L.P , IEMA

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed completing the courses with Impellus – learning from David Ross was a pleasure as well as meeting likeminded people from various businesses. Over the 3 courses, I have gained a perspective on myself as a leader, the leadership and departments within the business – how we can work better as a team, highlight our strengths, be more efficient and productive and take the business to the next level.

Sarah Campbell , MB Technology

Really pleased to have received my Level 3 Certificate of Learning by attending various management courses through Impellus business performance training. It was a great learning and development experience!

I would like to say a huge thank you to the team for facilitating the delivery of the virtual training courses.
