Melanie is a motivating sales leader, coach and trainer with extensive experience of delivering training for staff at all levels as well as developing successful sales teams.
Following success in senior internal training positions and a long career in sales management she has worked as an independent consultant for the past 16 years providing learning and development and sales and marketing support in both public and private sectors.
Trained in sales, leadership development and winning teams, Melanie has since written and delivered a multitude of courses, both face to face and online; and is highly driven by the results. She now uses her key areas of expertise to deliver ILM accredited courses for key workers and managers at Impellus.
