Anna joined Impellus in January 2022 as a Leadership and Management Assessor, to provide coaching and support for our ILM learners, as well as marking learners’ written assignments in line with standards set by the ILM.
Anna’s background before joining Impellus features predominantly in public sector education. She is an experienced professional administrator and educator, highly skilled in managing communications and providing effective learning support.
She has strong experience coordinating and supporting multiple stakeholders, building relationships across and outside of organisations to deliver high-quality, accurate and clear communication to managers.
Anna is passionate about people, her personal ambition to be a ‘life-long learner’ inspires her to support and motivate others in their own learning journey so that they can become the greatest versions of themselves.
