Amy Scoular

Leadership And Management Trainer

Amy has over ten years’ experience in leadership and management roles including as general manager of teams of up to 45 staff and managing teams of field-based trainers. She gained most of her management experience in the hospitality sector before finding her passion for training and becoming a learning and development professional in 2013.

Amy continues to expand her knowledge and experience and has gained many qualifications including a Level 5 Award in Learning and Development through the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) in 2021. She became a certified DISC practitioner in 2022 before qualifying as a coach through the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Before joining Impellus, she worked as a learning and development practitioner with principal stakeholders within the business to identify key performance indicators, build learning solutions to close skills gaps and ensure that all learning made a real and tangible difference to the way people operated in their roles.

Very informative and trainer (Alison) was very clear in her dialogue and helped the information to sink in with her different scenarios that she had experienced.
