Impellus is a well-respected, fast-growing provider of management training courses based in bright, modern offices in the centre of St Albans. As part of our expansion we’re looking to recruit a professional and dedicated Office Co-ordinator.

With over 200 courses run each year, the company is known for delivering high-value training to Managers at all levels across its 15 UK venues and through client premises. Impellus is an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited provider and prides itself on helping companies and professionals reach new performance levels.

Being part of our team

You will be organised, articulate and reliable with a keen desire to provide a high-level of support to both the Sales and Training Delivery teams. You’ll need to be professional, articulate, friendly and be motivated by helping the company to run efficiently and consistently with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for people who take care in the way they work and the manner in which all staff are treated.

Responsibilities

This is a key role as the successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office ensuring that it’s able to run efficiently whilst delivering a high-level customer experience.

Full training will be provided.
The following activities are essential to the success of this role:

  • Making up training packs from printed stocks and ensuring Trainers have everything they require
  • Ensuring stocks of course materials and stationery are maintained
  • Handling venue bookings and administration
  • Liaising with external suppliers and the office managing agents where required
  • Dealing with post-course administration and follow-up
  • Answering phones and handling simple enquiries
  • Handling post and administration of some marketing activities
  • Updating systems and customer records
