Leadership Skills Development
This one-day, ILM-accredited, course is designed to elevate managers into skilful leaders who understand how their handling of people can significantly improve results and reduce workplace issues.

The initiative allows qualifying organisations to book places with a matched contribution, meaning only 50% is charged to you.
Eligibility and funding process
- All employers with up to 30 employees in the UK, whether private, public or charitable are eligible.
- Choose the date(s) you would like to book.
- Call 0800 619 1230 – we’ll make your booking(s) and organise your part payment.

Course delivery and what’s included?
- Courses are delivered live on-line in small, trainer-led, interactive groups. Most courses have about 20 delegates, never more than 24. Full schedule of the day.
- We post out a physical book pack to each delegate about a week before each course.
- Optional chance to speak further with the trainer about specific challenges directly after the course.
- Additional training resources, slides from the day and the analytical tools used in the course available on-line afterwards.
How to apply and start training
1. Choose the date(s) which serve you best.
2. Call 0800 619 1230 to make your booking(s). We’ll need some basic organisational information to complete this and sort the funding for you.
3. You only pay your 50%. No need to pay in full and claim back.
Costs and payments
Leadership Skills Development is £665 plus VAT per delegate. You pay £332.50 plus VAT after funding.
Can I take advantage of funding and discounts together?
Yes.
If you have six or more delegates to book at the same time, discounts can apply.
