Having joined the team in January 2021, this week we have spoken to Connie Rega about the new Customer Relationship Coordinator role that we are developing at Impellus.

Connie holds a BA (Hons) degree in Drama as well as a PGCE in Primary Education and is currently reading Psychology at MSc level. With experience in the international mobility sector, Connie brings continuity, consistency, and high-level customer service to our team.

As our Customer Relationship Coordinator, Connie is on hand to advise you and your team on the training packages we offer at Impellus. For many of our delegates, Connie will be their first point of contact, introducing them to their training programmes and guiding them through as they go.

Another key part of Connie’s role is to support our clients with ongoing account management; if you’re not sure which course modules will suit you, or if you need help navigating the Impellus Business Centre– she’s on hand to support you.

When we asked Connie about the impact she’d like to have in her role with Impellus, she said:

“Impellus is powered by delivering high quality and contemporary Business Performance Training which deliver real and immediate organisational results, and I like to ensure that our clients are able to engage with our study programmes in a way which adds real value, not only to their organisations, but their own professional development too.

My experience in the education sector has given me the aptitude to plan and organise schemes of learning, focused on the learner’s own developmental needs, which I’m able to put to good use now in my role as a Customer Relationship Coordinator. I look forward to growing within the role here at Impellus, building on the great service which we already provide, and continually improving our customer’s experience.”
