The course material and slide presentation was very well planned out, and the way the course was delivered by David James was extremely satisfying. He kept a good flow to the day and made it very interesting.
My favourite part of the course was the very engaging trainers.
I liked how the day was broken down in steps, kept me engaged, breaks were appropriate in timing and length. I most enjoyed breaking down processes for analysing problems and their causes (the performance issues diagnosis map) and exploring the more psychological elements of behaviour.
