Impellus is a well-respected, fast-growing provider of management training courses based in bright, modern offices in the centre of St Albans. As part of our expansion we’re looking to recruit a professional and dedicated Office Co-ordinator.

With over 200 courses run each year, the company is known for delivering high-value training to Managers at all levels across its 15 UK venues and through client premises. Being part of our team

You will be organised, articulate and reliable with a keen desire to provide a high-level of support to both the Sales and Training Delivery teams. Responsibilities

This is a key role as the successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office ensuring that it’s able to run efficiently whilst delivering a high-level customer experience.

Full training will be provided.
The following activities are essential to the success of this role:

  • Making up training packs from printed stocks and ensuring Trainers have everything they require
  • Ensuring stocks of course materials and stationery are maintained
  • Handling venue bookings and administration
  • Liaising with external suppliers and the office managing agents where required
  • Dealing with post-course administration and follow-up
  • Answering phones and handling simple enquiries
  • Handling post and administration of some marketing activities
  • Updating systems and customer records
