Grants to deliver improvements in leadership development
All UK employers with 100+ employees can draw down £2,500 funding towards programmes which deliver organisational leadership skills to the up and coming managers in their organisations.
The Level 5 Certificate of Learning in Leadership and Management (see below) provides three two-day courses as well as a host of additional materials to help aspiring managers to become outstanding leaders.
The grants can be taken;
- by individual manager for open courses (maximum of five grants)
- by cohort for in-house delivery (uses three grants)
Final date for application is Wednesday, 30 April 2025 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.

- All employers in the UK with 100+ employees, whether private, public, or charitable are eligible.
- The balancing contribution from the employer must be paid on booking.
- Up to five grants available per organisation.
- Funding is aggregated by Impellus.
- Courses are delivered in small groups online.

How to apply and start benefitting
- Decide whether to deliver your training to a smaller group of individuals or whether to book training in-house. A mixture of the two is possible too.
- Call 0800 619 1230 to ask any questions and arrange funding. We’ll need some basic organisational information, your choice of delivery and the number of benefitting individuals.
- We set up your online account and you’re ready to start booking the courses you wish to take or book your in-house dates.
