Grants to deliver improvements in sales and profitability
All UK employers can draw down £1,500 funding towards an accredited programme of training designed to deliver real and immediate improvements to sales revenues, profitability and customer experience.
The programme can be tailored to deliver the best results for each individual - see below for details.
Up to fifteen individuals per organisation can benefit. The programme can be taken by anybody and best suits:
- Sales managers and executives.
- Small business owners and managers looking to deliver improved sales results.
- Marketing executives looking for gains in the sales processes.
- Customer service managers and key personnel.
Final date for application is Friday, 2 May 2025 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
Key points:
- All employers in the UK, whether private, public, or charitable are eligible.
- The balancing contribution from the employer must be paid on booking.
- Up to 15 grants available per organisation (Max £22,500 funding)
- Funding is aggregated by Impellus.
- Courses are delivered in small groups online.
- Impellus booking terms apply.
How to apply and start benefitting
- Decide which of your people will most benefit from the initiative (up to 15).
- Call 0800 619 1230 to ask any questions and arrange funding. We’ll need some basic organisational information and the names and job titles of the benefiting individuals (you can book unnamed places for future use too).
- We set up your online account and you’re ready to start booking the courses you wish to take.

The Certificate of Learning is made up of four modules – all of which are lively, challenging one-day courses with limited numbers of delegates.

You only need to pay your contributions (you don’t need to pay in full and reclaim) and you can then start making the course and qualification bookings you want.
