Matched funding to transform organisational performance

A 50% funding programme for small to medium-sized organisations. 

Employers in the UK can draw down 50% funding towards two in-house courses which are designed to improve their financial performance, either by honing their sales processes or by better considering their overall strategic intent. 

Final date for application is Thursday, 4 July 2024 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.

Key points: 

  • All employers in the UK, whether private, public, or charitable with between ten and 100 employed staff are eligible.
  • Either or both courses detailed below can be delivered. 
  • Courses are delivered in-house and are designed to help organisations make decisions about improving revenue and profit performance. 
  • The balancing contribution from the employer must be paid on booking. 
  • Funding is aggregated by Impellus. 
  • Funding application must be completed before 4 July 2024, courses can be delivered at any point up to 6 December 2024.

One-day in-house course 

This course tackles the four key areas which have the most impact on attracting and retaining customers or supporters and gaining maximum value from them.  

You will be challenged to reappraise your existing activities and procedures and take a holistic view of the customer experience, its commercial value and areas for personal and team improvement. 

Who is this course for? 

Those involved in customer relationships including managers, account managers, sales executives, project leaders and customer service professionals. The course is suitable for those who work in commercial, charitable and not-for-profit sectors.

    • How to ensure customers get value and feel valued. 
    • How to use communication methods that influence behaviour. 
    • Advanced questioning techniques to ask more meaningful questions.

Two-day in-house course
