What’s your main role at Impellus?

Administrator within the Business Support team.

What do you find most rewarding about your work? 

The feedback from inside and outside the company expressing gratitude for tasks completed by myself, whether big or small.  

Also seeing delegates receive their certificates knowing we have been a part of their journey.

What’s most challenging? 

Ensuring all required information is received and correct so we can post out course materials to delegates in time for their courses. This can be very time-consuming but is an important part of my role.

Briefly describe a typical day or week. 

My usual day-to-day tasks mostly focus on ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible, from posting workbooks in good time to sending out framed certificates when delegates have successfully completed their studies – and everything in between. As well as assisting delegates, I also support my colleagues by dealing with numerous internal requests as and when required. As a Business Support Administrator, I play a part in lots of different aspects of the business, meaning no two days are the same.

What single piece of advice would you give someone to ensure they get the most out of their training with Impellus? 

Take it all in and use it. At Impellus, every team has the customer’s best interests at heart. Ask questions, get involved on the courses and put everything you learn into use.
