Tiffany joined Impellus in June 2023 as a Leadership and Management Assessor, to provide coaching and support for our ILM learners, as well as marking learners’ written assignments in line with standards set by the ILM.
Prior to joining Impellus, Tiffany worked within the public education sector for over a decade. With many years’ experience as a middle manager and senior leader within education, Tiffany is highly skilled at giving feedback, mentoring colleagues and establishing positive working relationships. She prides herself on giving supportive and constructive feedback to assist learners on their journey.
Tiffany believes that every person has the capacity for life-long learning and is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential to become exemplary managers and leaders within their workplaces.

As always with Impellus, the trainer clearly has knowledge and experience of the area they are teaching, with real life examples to help understand ideas and terms. I probably enjoyed the Thinking Styles the most as it really makes you look inward and understand yourself a bit more.
I enjoyed carrying out the training with Impellus as it was very informative and the trainers were very knowledgeable in their subjects. The interactive nature of the training courses was very useful as it allowed me to engage with others from different industries, therefore helping me to view situations from a different perspective.
I learnt so much from the day courses I attended with Impellus. My favourite aspects of attending were:
- Meeting nice, engaging groups of people from all walks of life.
- Learning in a dynamic way and hearing multiple perspectives of the same situation.
- Listening to other people’s work related experiences and seeing how important good communication is for achieving both individual and group success.
