Assessment Team Manager

Nevra joined Impellus in December 2022 as a Management and Leadership Assessor and as Assessment Team Manager in March 2023.

She supports clients on their learning journey with Impellus and helps them achieve the best standard of work when tackling their assignments. She is responsible for giving feedback on these assignments and works with the client at each step, from providing advice and tips at the beginning of their journey to helping them improve their work and helping them eventually submit their assignments. She is also responsible for marking learners’ written assignments in line with standards set by the ILM.

She lived and worked in Istanbul, Turkey, in her previous role as a teacher. Her extensive experience in this role helped her develop her understanding and compassion for different learners. Being a teacher encouraged her passion for life-long learning and being highly motivated to help others achieve their personal best.

Customer testimonial

I found learning about the methodologies really helpful! It was great to be in a course managed by David again - he's engaging, knowledgeable, and gets just the right amount of depth. As a kinaesthetic learner, I loved that all the methodology was applied to a real-life example from our own jobs.

M.B , Cognism

The trainer - Alison - was warm, friendly and really knowledgeable. She made everyone feel included and valued throughout. It was helpful to go into breakout rooms to allow for more detailed discussions with people from different sectors and with different experiences.

S.B , Branscombe Group

I found the course extremely useful and loved the psychology behind the different types of communication. I have been able to take this information back to my workplace and use the techniques to improve communication between myself and my team.

I.R , Daniella Draper

It opened my eye in the way I communicate to others and that I should think about what and how I say things, which I found extremely helpful.

G.F , Bramblecrest

I loved the interactive aspect of this course - from the workbook to the breakout rooms during the day. It was easily personalised & could be moulded to fit your particular business. Meaning that everybody involved will benefit & learn something from today's course.

A.C , Aria Networks Ltd
