Denise joined Impellus in January 2022 as a Customer Relationship Coordinator. Denise has a passion for providing excellent customer service, which she has developed throughout her career, supporting clients across a variety of industries including the retail and the education sectors.
Denise is motivated by empowering others to reach their goals. She is practical in her approach to customer relations and looks for ways to proactively anticipate our learners’ needs and questions.
Some highlights of her role are speaking with clients to understand their development needs, and supporting our trainers with ‘course welcomes’ to ensure that our delegates have all that they need for their course. Also integral to the role, Denise enjoys explaining how the Impellus Business Centre can support our clients to get the most out of their training.

I found David Ross's ability to convey and communicate his experience and the course content to be excellent. He was engaging, approachable, and facilitated an open forum and learning experience.
I am taking away a lot from today's session. David had a great way of making you think about things in a different light.
I'm very happy to complete my Impellus level 3 open management course, I enjoyed all of the 5 days learning and interacting with all the other attendees.
I learnt so much from the day courses I attended with Impellus. My favourite aspects of attending were:
- Meeting nice, engaging groups of people from all walks of life.
- Learning in a dynamic way and hearing multiple perspectives of the same situation.
- Listening to other people’s work related experiences and seeing how important good communication is for achieving both individual and group success.
Very well presented- Mel really knew her stuff! It also helps that Mel is charismatic so the day flew by. Most enjoyable was that I could actually take away something of value- the adult ego state or as I like to call it- "Adulting". This will definitely be a conscious choice to make this a starting point for my work communications moving forwards so that it eventually becomes the norm for me.
